Thin/oily hair - need shampoo/conditioner help!?

im a guy, and i have medium length hair. i have fine/thin hair and it gets oily fast! also, i make it perfect in the morning, and its so thin that once a gentle breeze hits it, it loses its shape! i need something that will hold it down but i dont want to gel/shiny look.

what kind of shampoo/conditioner/whatever else should i be using? ive been using a dove volumizing shampoo but i feel i could do a lot more as far as hair care goes since my hair is longer than it has ever been

im not looking to spend tons of money like you girls do on hair care, but some general advise maybe or something not outrageously cheap (cough, named brands)

unfortunately, my hair is similar to zak efron....

What do you mean unfortunately? His hair looked nice in the picture. Now, a few times per week in the sink, mix two tablespoons baking soda and two tablespoons white vinegar and add enough water so you can use a small cup to pour the mix through your hair. This will help with the oiliness and help clean any styling products out of your hair.Thin/oily hair - need shampoo/conditioner help!?
hey

this answer sounds really silly but if you use talcum powder in your hair when it is dry. Brush it through when you have applied it so you cant see it , this will make your hair no go as oily as quick

i hope i have helped :) xx
Conditioner makes hair thinner, might leave it soft but thinner which is what you dont need.

Try out Garnier Fructis.

um...long and strong.

its awesome.

not expensive

or you can always use Aqua Net :)

leaves hair hella hard.
A tea tree shampoo such as V05's or Herbal Essences Drama Clean.
