What is a good haircare regimine for my hair? shampoo, conditioner, treatments ETC?

My hair is coarse, wavy and colour treated, also, i straighten it very regularly and use styling wax, somedays my hair is nice shiny and easy to style, but others its a disaster, because i change shampoos and conditioners alot i dont really know whats good and whats not.

i just wanna know, whats a good shampoo/ conditioner pair for coarse dry hair that will also clean out the styling wax, should i use a hot oil or some other treatment and how often, and any other tips tricks from people who know stuff about hair.

Thanks!!What is a good haircare regimine for my hair? shampoo, conditioner, treatments ETC?
Styling tools and daily shampooing don't have to be hard or damaging to your hair. I'd suggest using the proper straighteners, HerStyler irons are 100% ceramic and tourmaline all natural mineral plates that won't damage your hair and a complete daily regime of proper NATURAL care for fantastic, healthy %26amp; manageable hair all the time, the HerStyler shampoo, conditioner and styling spray (if you use spray) daily, the mask is a must for deep conditioning for healthy hair it repairs dry, damaged or frizzy hair caused by environmental/pollutant damage, chemically treated hair damage and styling tools damage, and the HerStyler serum is an absolute must while styling to protect from styling tool damage, and give silky smooth and shiny results and hold your hair style all day through any weather! Great products are economical also, as you only use a tiny bit! For more information on a fantastic natural product line please visit https://www.infashionsense.com and read more on HERSTYLER and your can find HERSTYLER PROTEIN HAIR CARE PRODUCTS on the site also (natural plants-protein %26amp; olive oil hair care products). I hope this is helpful - all the best! What is a good haircare regimine for my hair? shampoo, conditioner, treatments ETC?
You should only shampoo once a week with a clarifying shampoo

the rest of the week you can wash your hair with a moisturizing conditioner.

Creme of nature are a really good choice

Deep condition once a week

hot oil treatments 2 every other week

use paul mitchell color care shampoos

they moisturize, cleanse and protect your color

also use the tea tree shampoo once a week, it will clean out your scalp from all the ';junk'; you put in your hair and it feels minty good on your scalp :)

hot oil is for like extremely damaged hair, but hair treatments maybe once a month wouldn't hurt. just don't do it too often.
