Have a trim every two weeks that should make your hair grow(not much off)
no just make sure you exercise regularly and eat a balanced diet. try not to use heat products too much if you do use heat protection. trimming your doesnt make it grow faster it just stops split ends btw.

just keep your healthy by washing it reguarly with good- quality shampoo (e.g tresseme, bed head, Alberto Balsam)
