pantene pro-v is good for long and thick hair. but if you want more of a less damaging and not as permanant being like leaving some of the shampoo in yourr hair use the more expensive kind which is called B. shampoo and conditioner. there is a kind for every type of hair.
NOT Pantene! It leaves a residue on your hair that builds up and is bad for your hair and makes dye harder to take.





I'd recommened Dove as it's Ph balanced =)
