Coconut/Almond/Olive oil is considered the best for healthy hair.


If you want to accelarate hair growth, try massaging you hair with castor oil on a daily basis. Remember, do not keep the oil too long in your hair, it will attract dirt %26amp; make your hair greasy increasing hair loss. You can apply oil 30 mins before you shampoo.





Choosing a Shampoo depends on the type of hair you have. Dry/normal/oily? same goes for conditioners.

Go for natural shampoos ..like Biotque or shahnaz husains shampoos and conditioner.


But i doubt you get that in your town, but you can still order online.





Among the local brands try Sunsilk according to your hair if its dry /oily . Sunsilk itself provides conditioners. oil go for natural coconut oil .
Hi! I'm Indian too. For oil I would recommend parachute advanced.For shampoo use ayush with henna extracts.For conditioner use ayush conditioner as well.Hope this advice helps.
You could try Vatika or Garnier shampoos suited to your hair type.Basically, the brand does not matter that much nowadays,coz most in a category are the same.Pick one 2 suit your hair type (dry,thick,fine etc.)


You could pick a conditioner of the same brand.


Loreal Professionnel shampoos and conditioners are good but i wonder if u'll find them there.


Bhringraj oil is great.You could also use a mixture of coconut,olive and almond oil for the hair.It really improves the texture.
