My hair falls frequently and I have lot of white hairs and dandruff problem. Can you please suggest me the shampoo / conditioner to solve these problems and also for hair growth.I am 30 yrs old. I am from India. Can you tell me the shampoo / conditioner for dandruff and white hair.?
Any name brand dandruff shampoo would be OK. Try several if you are not satisfied. Some might work better for one person and not for another.





As far as the gray hair goes, try less stress. I do not think there are any products other than hair color. People who have stressful jobs and lives seem to gray faster than other people. So take it easy more.

Shampoo may not be of much help. White hair has no solution, shapoos wont make your hair black.


Anti-Dandruff shampoos give only temporrary relief.


Visit a Dermatologist/Skin Specialist for detailed investigation of your case. Dont visit a homoeopath as they are of no use and you would end up spending money in wrong direction.

for dandruff u need to see if u have dry or oily dandruff?


dry dandruff is flaky and drops off easily plus u have a dry scalp.


oily dandruff is all over ur scalp but doesnt brush off easily.. plus u have an oily scalp.





for dry DANDRUFF:


u must oil ur hair regularly... sweet almond oil is the best and follow by wrapping a hot towel.. to steam ur hair.. leave oil overnight or atleast an hr b4 washing..


head and shoulder shampoo and conditioner will definitely help..





for oily dandruff:


rub some plain yogurt or lemon juice to reduce dandruff formation and cut down the oil.


u may need a stronger shampoo like selsun.. but mind u .. it smells funny or use head and shoulders shampoo.


condition with head and shoulders.








u cant do much about white hair other than colour it or use henna.





but if there are too many white hair .. then dont henna, cause ur hair will look more orange than brown...

Dont use anti-dandruff shampoos.They speed up greying of hair.
