Is it true that shampoo and conditioners that are meant to moisturise hair make fine hair frizzy?

also how do you tell whether your hair is fine or coarse? and does everyone's hair dry frizzy if left to dry naturally and not blow-dried?Is it true that shampoo and conditioners that are meant to moisturise hair make fine hair frizzy?
Try useing Tresemme shampoo and conditioners, white bottle green label it has vitamin B-12 in it to help moisturize and stop split ends, works great. they are great. everybodys hair is frizzy afterit dries naturally you just have to brush it agian to get the frizz out. if your hair is fine it is soft and shine if your hair is course it is alitte rougher and can still be shiney but most of the time not. No offense to anyone with course hair. Shampoo and conditioners with moisturizers do not always make you hair frizzy if you find the right one for your hair.Is it true that shampoo and conditioners that are meant to moisturise hair make fine hair frizzy?
nope, if you have fine hair you shoud use a shampoo for fine hair. I have thick frizzy hair so I use a nourish %26amp; moisturise shampoo %26amp; conditioner but it shouldnt make fine hair frizzy.
