(and im not looking for stupid answers like: um, well, guys shouldn't bleach their hair'; well i am not asking for what you think about my hair, i just want to see what i can do.)What is the best shampoo/conditioner/what ever, for dry, damaged, bleached hair?
Try using a a protein pack(you can get them at beauty supply stores like Sally Beauty Supply) that will help with the damage and give you back some of the softness and shine. Use them once a week. What is the best shampoo/conditioner/what ever, for dry, damaged, bleached hair?
fructis garneir is the best i used it and after 3 time use it made my hair shiny
Get Pantene's PRO V Restoratives/Replenishing Mask for a deep intense conditioning....use it EVERY day after shampooing with Pantene's dry/damaged shampoo formula. For a really deep conditioning, wet hair, apply a liberal amount through your hair and put a plastic bag or wrap around your head and let it soak in for about an hour. Make sure you wrap your head well, as this keeps your natural body heat in which warms up the conditioner to make it penetrate the hair shaft better...do that 2x a week until the overall condition of your hair improves and it will. Guaranteed. Also get your ends trimmed too, to remove ';dead'; ends.
Use regular Olive Oil. Heat some water in a container (microwave 5 mins) sit the bottle of Olive Oil in the water and let it warm up.

Rub a generous amount into your freshly shampooed hair and place a plastic cap on your head for an hour. Wash it out and style as usual. You may have to try this for several weeks to notice an improvement.
