Help me choose a good shampoo/conditioner please?

I need something you can buy at like Walmart or Target or somewhere similar (not a salon brand, I can't spend that much on it). Before I dyed my hair, I was using Aussie which I loved. Then I decided to try Pantene color revival because I wanted to keep my hair from getting damaged. However, my hair began falling out almost immediately after I started using Pantene. So after several months I finally decided to go back to using Aussie, but my hair is falling out even more now. I have only dyed my hair twice- August 2008 %26amp; December 2008. I don't style my hair at all because I don't want to damage it even more. I might dye my hair again in August for school, but only if I find a solution to my problem. Right now, after doing a lot of research, I'm thinking of trying either John Frieda's Root Awakening shampoo/conditioner or Tresseme's volume one that is rumored to help with hair loss. Which one of these is better for my hair? I really want to dye my hair again or at least stop my hair from falling out- it really is starting to get thinner than ever and always falling out.Help me choose a good shampoo/conditioner please?

HERBAL ESSENCES :) is amazing!
sounds like the problem isn't the brand of shampoo/conditioner.

you might need to see a doctor about the thinning hair.
vitamin water shampoo and conditioner
fish stick juice :)

it smells GOOD
First you didnt say how old you are..it matters in that unless your hair is really really damaged from the chemical processes you have done your hair is falling out for another reason. IMPORTANT FACT typically you shed between 80 to 100 hairs a day depending on how thick your hair is and the time of year if you are really losing hair then it might be medication, stress, or something else and you should see your doctor, a dermatologist to be more specific none of the shampoos and conditioners you have mentioned will cause your hair to fall out unless its an alergy andf in that case see the doctor to make sure because so many shampoos are similar in the composition. I am a hair dresser and typically dont use over the counter shampoos and conditioners but if i do i use pantene and that is what i recommend to my clients if they are tight with money. I think the best of the Pantene line is the one for long hair no matter what your length..it has the lavender color top.

Remember...if you are really concerned that you are losing too much hair ask your doctor and if your regular doctor doesnt make you feel better then see the specialist.

Good Luck and let me know how it works
