Best shampoo and conditioner for frizzy/poofy/wavy hair?

My hair's frizzy on the top and around my face, dry on the ends, but sometimes it gets flat on the top..





I've tried:


-Pantene.


-Sunsilk (old formula... the blue one)


-Herbal Essences


-Redken Smooth Down Conditioner


-Infusium 23


-Avon shampoo and conditioner





Is there anything better? none of them really work... I was thinking Garnier? HELP.Best shampoo and conditioner for frizzy/poofy/wavy hair?

well i use bumble and bumble shampoo and conditioner. and i use pureology....... they are both really good!!!!! you can probaly get pureology at CVS and bumble and bumble at TARGET. they have different catagories of hair.
