Get yourself a good multi vitamin... hair is dead and a waste product of the body... taking a vitamin will also help your skin and nails... shampoo and conditioners are all external chemicals... conditioners just coat the hair and makes it look good til it is shampooed off... they don't heal hair... shampoos wash off dirt... simple!

I don't know if it makes it grow FAST, but I have a friend who has used it forever, and she has the longest, healthiest, most beautiful hair I've ever seen.

but horse shampoo locks it in with the moisturizer in it and stops breakage
