i just bought aussie and found out there are so many bad ingrediants in it so what is a good shampoo that will make my hair soft and shiny. and i don't mean pantene or herbal essences or dove.Best chemical free shampoo and conditioner.......(10 points)?
If you are looking for a vegan shampoo (meaning chemical free / natural) you can try professional salon products. You will be paying more but you will be getting better results while also protecting color treated hair. Some ones to try are Shampoos and conditioners from Purology and a new company called Diva . Organic product lines usually don't contain a lot of the bad ingredients for the hair. You can find them health foods stores. I don't use organic shampoos/conditioners, though, I've started using a product called Wen because it has a cleansing conditioner so I don't have to use shampoo anymore. Now, most products that claim to be ';organic'; are not 100% organic products. For instance, Yes to Carrots is an ';organic'; line, but has 98% organic ingredients, plus other ingredients that aren't organic, or might even be synthetic.

you should always buy a professional product. It needs to be ph of 5.5 as your hair is this ph. if you use shampoo that is a higher ph it will dry and damage your hair also will strip out any chemical service you might of had done such as color. Your best bet is to go to a salon and let them recommend a shampoo for your hair. I would say chi or pravanna products are very good and chi also has a organic line.
Go to your local health food store. I'd highly recommend Aubrey or Giovanni products. If you want to go hard core and spend a lot more money than John Masters and Suki are amazing. Whole Foods carries most of these brands. Have fun experimenting with all the new options! Try a new bath soap too. SOooo different from what you'd buy at the grocery store. The ingredients will shock you in comparison.

organix it is a brand at target without sulfates or parabens and it has coconut oil vitamin e and other really good things for soft healthy hair.
